Plans and billing
HelloHQ has six plans: Free, Essentials, Pro, SFO, Enterprise SFO and Enterprise MFO. Your data, keys and history come with you when you change plan.
The ladder
Section titled “The ladder”- Free — the local, encrypted app. No account needed.
- Essentials — HelloHQ Sync, shared workspaces, account sync, beneficiaries.
- Pro — tax by country, handover packages, risk warnings, real-time FX, access control, activity history, trust setup.
- SFO — entity structure, approvals, compliance tools, risk governance, single sign-on and seats.
- Enterprise SFO — white-glove onboarding, contracts and an SLA.
- Enterprise MFO — an office serving several families, with per-family isolation and consent.
Change or cancel
Section titled “Change or cancel”Plan changes and cancellation live in your account at hellohq.com/account, not in the Guide. The app shows the plan in force and prompts at the moment a feature needs a higher plan.
What happens when a plan lapses
Section titled “What happens when a plan lapses”The organization keeps its data and members. Features that need the plan stop, and the account reads as Free. See the plan card for the current state.
