iCloud and Dropbox sync
File-based sync keeps an encrypted copy of your workspace in storage you already control. It works without an account and without a HelloHQ server.
iCloud
Section titled “iCloud”On macOS and iOS, open Settings → Sync and choose iCloud. The workspace is stored in your iCloud account and appears on your other Apple devices.
Dropbox
Section titled “Dropbox”On any platform, open Settings → Sync and choose Dropbox, then connect your Dropbox account. HelloHQ stores only encrypted files.
When to use HelloHQ Sync instead
Section titled “When to use HelloHQ Sync instead”File-based sync is enough for one person with a few devices. If you want per-device approval, a shared workspace, or sync that does not depend on a file provider, see HelloHQ Sync — included with Essentials and above.
